Marek Z. Turner writes crime fiction, noir and thrillers (and the odd creature feature).Permanently fuelled by caffeine, he takes his coffee like he writes his stories. Dark and bitter.He is a member of the Crime Writers' Association (UK), and was a finalist in the 2021 Capital Crime New Voices Award competition, and in 2024 was shortlisted for the Black Spring Press ‘Crimebits’ competition, as judged by Lee Child.When he’s not plotting fictional crimes, he’s available for writing commissions, collaborations, and podcast appearances.
